Requirements of Job Application:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✅Bachelor’s graduates (hospitality, travel, tourism, or related fields are preferred)
✅Open to high school and undergraduate
✅Relevant experience in a Customer Service environment is mandatory, at least two years is preferred.
✅A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.

Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Manage the client concerns, provide recommendations, making reservations and handling payments.
✅Help the management to solve the issues during the travel process
✅Ensure the good relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
✅Responsible to meet the client's need and expectations for travel arrangements.
