Responsibilities:
👉In charge of responding to costumer questions in Spanish or English by phone, chat, or email
👉Assist clients in utilizing those instructional resources.
👉Ensuring consumer satisfaction with products through effective handling of grievances and questions
👉Troubleshooting common issues with the products
👉Analyze and report product flaws (e.g., by simulating users or testing various situations).
👉Raising questions and issues as needed
👉Perform other related tasks
