Position: Korean Account Manager / Korean Client Success Specialist

Salary: P 145,000 + 40,000 Housing Allowance = P 185,000 Monthly

Requirements:
⭐Korean national proficient in English
⭐With experience in handling client and doing B2b account management but its not required
⭐Ability to coordinate with Top clients and solve their concerns
⭐Undergraduate or graduate of any course
⭐Ability to manage, coordinate with other departments and provide resolution
⭐Has B2B customer service is a PLUS but not required

Responsibilities:
⭐Coordinate with Korean client’s needs and request
⭐Understand the Korean client’s preferences on the mobile app
⭐Directly contact the top Korean clients to answer their inquiries
⭐Connect with Korean clients and guide them on how to use the platform
⭐Help the Korean clients with their decision and suggest proposals.
