Position: German Billing and Collection Analyst (Can process working visa + Willing to work in Cebu)
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: MidShift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PH time)
Work Setup: Onsite for Probationary period and remote work for 10 days in a month upon regularization

Requirements:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
◉ Bachelors degree of any course
◉ Open to relocate and to work in Cebu City
◉ Customer Service is a plus but not required
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
◉ Responsible to handle payments and refunds
◉ Examine outstanding bills and send a notice for collection.
◉ Look into and address any anomalies in payments, both in and out of the system.
◉ Responsible to checks, tracks, and locates erroneous codes on invoices
◉ Responsible for daily problem solving and escalation, in collaboration with a partner.
