Position: German Billing Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Midshift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Work Setup: Onsite for Probationary period and remote work for 10 days in a month upon regularization

Requirements:
◉ Open for foreign national fluent in German and English
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
◉ Preferably Bachelors degree of any course
◉ With or without work experience are open to apply
◉ Customer service background is a plus
◉ Open to work onsite and willing to relocate in Cebu City

Responsibilities:
◉ Billing invoices and credit notes
◉ Perform invoice verification and quality assurance checks on order processing
◉ Support the collections team by helping investigate payer invoice queries and adjusting invoices as necessary
◉ Secure handling of customer data and payment information
◉ Provide regular, accurate reports on billing data
