Company Profile: One of the BPO companies, known to provide the best services and support to different clients around the world. They support a big global healthcare insurance account. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.
Position: Mandarin Healthcare Specialist
Type of job: Back Office
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Night Shift Schedule

Work Set-up: Work On-site
Requirements of the Job:
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (conversational level)
✅Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
✅No age limit and no gender preferences
✅Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site
Responsibilities of Job Application:
✅Explain the needed information to the Mandarin patient for the qualification for reimbursement of fees.
✅Responsible for answering emails and call from Mandarin clients about their inquiries.
✅Assist Mandarin patients regarding with the insurance, requirements and to know how much the coverage for hospitalization
✅Coordinate with Mandarin patients about policy type and other benefits.
✅Provide information to Mandarin patients on amount of money.
