Position: Japanese Project Manager
Industry: IT Software Company
Location: Manila(Makati City)/ Cebu City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000
Schedule: Day Shift
Work set-up: Hybrid(preferably) / WFH

Requirements:
✅Graduate of IT-related courses
✅Must have JLPT N2-N3 Certification
✅Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
✅Has Project Management experience on Critical project
✅Has experience working with Japanese counterpart/customer
✅Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
✅Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✅Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities:
🟧Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
🟧Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
🟧Identify and manage project risks and issues.
🟧Establish project budgets and allocate resources.
🟧Knowledgeable with Scrum Agile and Waterfall Methodology
🟧Identify and engage project stakeholders.
🟧Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
🟧Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
