Client Profile:
A Hotel and Leisure industry that provides and offers hotel reservations, casino entertainment, conference facilities for events and recreational activities. This company also provides excellent costumers service in the Philippines.
Position: Events Planning Specialist
Industry: Hotel and Leisure
Location: BGC, taguig
Schedule: Weekends Off | 9AM 6PM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
📢 Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
📢 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related role is highly desirable.
📢 Amenable to work onsite
📢 Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
📢 Assist in the development and execution of event plans and timelines.
📢 Coordinate logistical details.
📢 Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
📢 Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
📢 Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups related to event planning.
