Job Requirements:
• Bachelors in Engineering or any related fields
• Work as Technical Support for a HVAC company
• With Supervisory skills is preferred
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• Can work ASAP


Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business planning, implement processes, and manage market growth
• Overseeing the activities of the technical support staff and ensure quality service in technical training facilitation.
• Create a technical training strategy, timetables, and presentations, and set work guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients.
• Handle technical problems, handle business questions, make technical advice, answer project concerns, resolve escalations, and analyze customer requirements.
