Company Profile: A big global healthcare insurance account in the Philippines is hiring Cantonese-speaking Account Health Specialists for their 28 headcounts. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Cantonese Account Health Specialist (Pioneer Account)
Type of job: Back Office

Work Set-up: Work On-site

Requirements of the Job:
✔️ Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Cantonese (conversational level)
✔️ Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✔️ College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✔️ With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
✔️ No age limit and no gender preferences
✔️ Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site

Responsibilities of Job Application:
✔️ Assist Cantonese patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
✔️ Give Cantonese customers their policy type and its benefits
✔️ Explain to Cantonese patients how to claim the amount of money
✔️ Discuss the qualification of the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
✔️ Give the list to the Cantonese the list of hospitals and clinics for check up
✔️ Benefits of family members for the insurance
✔️ Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage.
