This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Mandarin Insurance Claims Support

Requirements of the Job:
📌Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (conversational level)
📌Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
📌College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
📌With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
📌No age limit and no gender preferences
📌Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site

Responsibilities of Job Application:
📌Answer emails and calls from insured Mandarin speaker about their policy
📌Discuss the qualification of the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
📌Give the list to the Mandarin the list of hospitals and clinics for check-ups
📌Benefits of family members for the insurance
📌Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage.
📌Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
📌Provide empathy and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare-related calls.
