Position: Japanese Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: Shared Services (Pharmaceutical)
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Highly Negotiable (Php 110,000)
Work Schedule: Day shift
Work Set up: Hybrid after regularization
Requirements:
📌Japanese National proficient in English (Preferably present in the Philippines)
📌Open for JLPT N1, N2, N3. N4, N5 or Non JLPT Passer
📌Bachelor’s degree graduate of accounting or finance or any related courses
📌Must have work experience or knowledge in Accounts Payable process
📌With knowledge in SAP
📌Willing to work in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
🛑Verifying and posting account transactions to general ledger
🛑Reconciliation of monthly transactions
🛑Ensure all payments and debts are processed in a timely manner
🛑Double check and audit the product received and invoices
