They are operating as a shared service company in the Philippines supporting the global operations around the world.

Position: Spanish Financial Control Specialist
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 110,000 - Php 120,000 gross
Schedule: Midnight/Nightshift (9:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (once or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Finance Controller
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining

Requirements:
💙 Open to a foreigner who speaks Spanish Language and holds a permanent visa
💙 Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish and English
💙 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related courses
💙 Experience in using SAP S4 Hana is an advantage
💙 With experience in working as a Financial Controller or any related experiences
💙 Amenable to work from 9 pm to 6 am

Responsibilities:
💙 Ensuring that an organization meets the necessary tax, permit, and licencing requirements
💙 Collaborating with an executive team in establishing more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a company’s ledger
💙 Overseeing all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures
💙 Summarising budget trends, analyzing deficiencies and reporting variances to executives
💙 Providing executive management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective policy-making and financial strategizing
