This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Mandarin Customer Care Specialist
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Php 70,000 – Php 75,000
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
❍ Filipino National can speak, read and write in Mandarin
❍ Undergraduates are open to apply
❍ With At least 6 months customer service experience
❍ Can start as soon as possible
❍ Open to work onsite

Responsibilities:
❍ Discuss the qualification of the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
❍ Assist Mandarin patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
❍ Answer emails and calls from insured Mandarin speaker about their policy
❍ Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems
❍ Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage.
