Position: Mandarin Online Seller Support
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 90,000 – Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift or Midshift (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
💙 Proficient in Mandarin and English
💙 Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in any courses
💙 Also, open to undergraduates and High School graduates with BPO Experience
💙 Experiences in similar BPO set-ups is a big plus
💙 Experience in Customer Support is a big advantage
💙 At least knowledgeable in Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications

Responsibilities:
💙 Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
💙 Interact with Sellers by phone and email with the objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
💙 Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
💙 Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
💙 Performed other related tasks if needed
