Position: Mandarin Customer Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting Scheduled with 2 days off
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
💙 Proficient in Mandarin and English
💙 Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in any courses
💙 Also, open to undergraduates and High School graduates with BPO Experience
💙 Relevant experience in Customer Service is a big plus
💙 A good understanding of travel products, services and destinations
💙 Knowledgeable to use computer and MS Applications

Responsibilities:
💙 Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
💙 Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
💙 Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
💙 Monitoring and tracking orders
💙 Performed other related tasks if needed
