Position: Mandarin Sales Account Management

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary: Php 90,000 – Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite
Responsibilities:
💙 Assist in presales inquiries regarding Software products.
💙 Responsible for processing customer orders.
💙 Providing and receiving information.
💙 Assist customers via inbound calls and outbound calls for selling basic products and services.
💙 Route customers to other teams who can best address their queries
💙 Retain customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions
💙 Assist in canceling subscriptions if customers cannot be retained
💙 Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
💙 Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
