Job Requirements:
⟡Graduate of Any related field
⟡Work as Technical Support for a HVAC company
⟡With Supervisory skills is preferred
⟡With experience in managing Aircon industry / HVAC Management
⟡Has knowledge / experience and understanding the HVAC Systems

Job Responsibilities:
⟡Responsible in Managing the Department and Service operations
⟡Has a ability to implement quality standards, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with other teams to enhance the service.
⟡Will handle Service Technicians (HVAC) in equipment repair, project installation, maintenance and etc. to ensure the customer satisfaction.
⟡Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients.
⟡ Handle technical problems, handle business questions, make technical advice, answer project concerns, resolve escalations, and analyze customer requirements.
