This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Requirements::
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (conversational level)
✅Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
✅No age limit and no gender preferences
✅Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site

Responsibilities::
✅Respond to insured Mandarin-speaking callers and emails regarding their insurance
✅Help patients who speak Mandarin by explaining the amount of hospital coverage.
✅Help patients who speak Mandarin with the necessary steps to obtain the policy's amount.
✅Give Mandarin customers their policy type and its benefits
✅Patients speaking Mandarin should be instructed on how to claim the money
✅Talk about the patient's eligibility for payment of fees reimbursement
