Company Profile: A big global healthcare insurance account in the Philippines is hiring Mandarin-speaking Claim specialists for their 25 headcounts. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Mandarin Insurance Claims Support
Type of job: Email, Chat and Support
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Industry: Global Health Insurance for foreigners
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 75,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site

Requirements of the Job:
✅ Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (conversational level)
✅ Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
✅No age limit and no gender preferences
✅Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site

Responsibilities
✅Answer emails and calls from insured Mandarin speaker about their policy
✅Assist Mandarin patients on how much the coverage for hospitalization
✅Give Mandarin customers their policy type and its benefits
✅Give the list to the Mandarin the list of hospitals and clinics for check-ups
✅Benefits of family members for the insurance
✅Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage.
