✅ Schedule: Shifting ScheduleF
✅ Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
✅ Work set-up : On-Site
Job Qualification:
⟡ Open for Undergrad, Vocational or High School Graduate
⟡ Has experience in basic troubleshooting of Computers, Software
⟡ Strong written and vocal English communication abilities.
⟡ Familiar with proper phone etiquette with effective listening skills
⟡ Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
⟡ Experience in troubleshooting different hardware and software issues
Job Responsibilities:
⟡ Actively participation to company training
⟡ Building a good relationship with client and customer
⟡ Troubleshoot issues with team members and technical resources as necessary to guarantee complete resolution.
⟡ Accurately responds to clients’ questions via email, phone and other channels.
⟡ Responsible for responding to all customer request and inquires
