Job Requirements:
At least a High School Graduate
Experience in a customer service/support role is required.
Computer application-based technical support experience or IT experience.
Experience with cloud-based software (SaaS)
Previous call center experience
Advanced English skills
Must be amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE.


Job Responsibilities
Phone and email support
Carry out tasks and assignments as required by the project
Conduct a quality check on researched data and information.
Respond to client communications and concerns in a timely manner.
