Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 56,000 gross

Requirements:
➤Filipino National who is fluent in Spanish and English languages
➤At least a High School/Senior High School graduate
➤Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤BPO experience is a plus but not required
➤Willing to work onsite in Makati City

Responsibilities:
➤Responsible for handling calls, emails and chat with Spanish speaking
➤Troubleshooting common issues with the products or services and give the best customer service
➤Responsible to monitor and updates customer's information
➤Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products by handling complaints and inquiries well
➤Perform other related tasks
