Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 56,000 gross

Requirements:
➤ Open to foreign national that has a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English languages
➤At least a High School/Senior High School graduate
➤Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤BPO experience is a plus but not required
➤Willing to work onsite in Makati City

Responsibilities:
➤In charge of responding to consumer questions in Spanish/English via email, chat and calls
➤Responsible to updates and maintain customer's information and to ensure that is correct
➤Help customers to solve their problems or concerns with regards to products and services
➤In charge of managing client relations for the company's goods and services
➤Give clients and costumers with the best customers service
➤Perform other related task
