JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This company is one of the top automotive services to develop and manufacture for the latest vehicle brands globally. It has more than 200+ worldwide.
Position: German Purchase to Pay Analyst
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 90,000
Schedule: MidShift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PH time)
Work Setup: Onsite for Probationary period and remote work for 10 days in a month upon regularization
Requirements:
◉ Filipino national fluent in German at least B2 level
◉ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other Business Related Courses
◉ Open to work and to relocate in Cebu City
◉ Can Start as soon as possible
◉ Basic Knowledge of accounting systems ( SAP)
Responsibilities:
◉ Contacts partner and responsible for day-to-day problem solving and escalation
◉ Analyses status of the invoice (paid, due, not due or missing)
◉ Provide correct and accurate information to team members whenever necessary.
◉ Perform tasks related to Invoice Processing, Vendor Inquiries, Payment
