Responsibilities:
⏺ Provide Basic Troubleshooting to the customers and clients
⏺ Assist Customer concern regarding their computers.
⏺ Analyse call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
⏺ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
⏺ Perform other related tasks
