Company Profile: 5star Hotels and resorts located in Pampanga and Cebu are hiring Korean VIP Host. Premier 5star hotel and casino resorts offering luxury stay and worldclass gaming and entertainment experience to VIP of all nationalities. These Hotels are located in main city of Cebu and Pampanga. Currently hiring 10 Korean VIP host for each sites.

Position: Korean Speaking VIP host for Hotels
Company Business: 5star Hotel and Casino Resort
Location: Pampanga or Cebu
Salary: P 120,000 to P 150,000
Schedule: 5 days work a week (with 2 days off)

Requirements to be a Korean VIP host:
✔ Must be Korean National
✔ Can speak basic English to conversational
✔ No gender preferences (must be 38 years old below)
✔ Degree holder or undergraduate
✔ Experience in guest relation is not important but must be passionate in customer service
✔ Willing to undergo training which is paid by the company
✔ Willing to extend help and customer service to Korean National who are VIPS of hotels

What are the daily duties of this role?

✔ Assist Korean VIP guest
✔ Use Korean language to coordinate and answer inquiries of Korean Guest
✔ Use Korean language to understand guest and provide best service
✔ Handle guest concerns, hotel requests and offer complimentary offers to VIP
✔ Welcome and invite the VIP guests and explain VIP programs
✔ Provide great customer experience by addressing the VIP requests
