Position: Events Planning Specialist

Work Schedule: Weekends Off (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 45,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work On Site

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
✨Working experience in events planning.
✨Working experience in a Hotel and Casino Industry is an advantage.
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
✨Amenable to work onsite

Job Descriptions:
✨Help create and carry out timetables and plans for events.
✨Organize logistical specifics.
✨Work together with suppliers and partners to obtain the supplies and services you need.
assist the team's escape and ingress operations.
✨Guarantee efficient operations during events, offer on-site support.
✨Help with resolving any problems or difficulties that may come up during the event.
✨Gather event requirements, communicate with both external partners and internal departments.
✨Assist in keeping lines of communication open and constant with all departments and stakeholders.
✨Guarantee smooth cooperation, make arrangements with different departments and teams.
✨Organize appointments, timetables, and follow-ups pertaining to event preparation.
✨Keep thorough and well-organized records of all documentation pertaining to the incident.
✨Assemble and maintain guest lists, contact lists, and other pertinent data.
✨Make that contracts, permissions, and other legal documents are filed and stored correctly.
✨Get input from stakeholders and participants.
