Position: Cantonese Account Management (Contractual for 1 year)
Type of job: Back Office, Emails and Calls
Location: Hong Kong
Schedule Dayshift Schedule

Salary: $3000 per month
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up
Responsibilities:
✅Generate impactful processes to manage and cultivate relationships between Distributors and Resellers.
✅Set goals that meet the client’s standard, and ensure the individual contributor is successful in attaining the performance target on a regular basis.
✅Coordinates and builds relationships with various internal departments, to bridge the gap between performance delivery and client expectations.
✅Ensured that the team was aligned with the knowledge in Opportunity and Deal Registration.
✅Can organize and create events for Distributors and Partners/Resellers with the aim of revenue generation, projection, and goal setting.
Requirements:
✅Proficient in Cantonese and English language.
✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
✅Experience in managing teams/clusters of teams, working for multiple campaigns and projects.
✅Keep up to date with new products, services, and capabilities, plus network security industry trends.
✅Familiar with Salesforce partner account operation/report/Dashboard.
✅Has understanding of Customer Quotation and Distributor/Reseller discounts.
