Requirements of the job:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅Bachelor's degree in any field preferably majoring in Chinese.
✅ Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
✅Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅Advanced leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities of the job:
✅Assisting the Manager with daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
✅Responsible for meeting deadlines and performance in a manner that complies with the goals and plans of the company
✅Coordinating the workflow and making sure that all the employees are aware of the responsibilities assigned to them
✅Monitoring employees' productivity and providing coaching and guidance.
✅Handling escalated issues raised by the team and coordinating with management to solve the problem.
