JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This company is supporting customer care, finance and accounting, sales/marketing, back office, healthcare and providing strategic advantage to their clients.
Position: Spanish Customer Service Associate
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasay City
Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 75,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift
Work set-up: Hybrid (Office visits are standard 3-4 times per month)
Requirements:
❍ Proficient in both Spanish and English language
❍ Open for Foreign National Spanish speaker with Resident Visa
❍ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in any course
❍ With at least 1 to 3 years experience in BPO Set-up handling healthcare account using Spanish Language
❍ Familiar with medical billing or healthcare environment
Responsibilities:
❍ Responsible for answering inbound calls in English and Spanish
❍ Calling the patient and informing the reason for the call and assist their questions
❍ Review and process requests for billing adjustments
❍ Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies
❍ Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
❍ Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
❍ Transcribes voicemails from patients and returns the patient's message
❍ Perform other related task as assigned
