Position: Thai Helpdesk Analyst

Salary: Php90,000-Php100,000
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Manila
Work setup: Onsite

Requirements:
⚡Open for both Filipino and Thai National
⚡Fluent in both Thai and English
⚡Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
⚡Amenable to work in shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
⚡Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
⚡Translations of some documents from English to Thai and Vice versa
⚡Escalate concerns to the next level
⚡Provide excellent customer service
⚡Perform other related tasks
