Position: Spanish Customer Support (Automotive Account) - 3 Months project-based
Industry: IT Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 gross
Schedule: Nighshift/Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
➤ Preferably Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish and English
➤ Open for foreign nationals who have permanent visas in the Philippines
➤ Knowledge in the Automotive Industry or familiarisation with Vehicle parts
➤ Willing to accept project-based for 3 Months
➤ Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities:
➤ Responsible for answering inquiries to the customer via email, chat, and calls in Spanish or English
➤ Help customers or clients by providing the best solutions to their inquiries and concerns
➤ Taking calls regarding auto insurance coverage questions and policies
➤ Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation
➤ Ensuring that all buyers are informed about the features, upkeep requirements, and warranty details of the vehicle, particularly the safety-related information
➤ Perform other related task
