Position: Mandarin Property Executive
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift 10am-7pm, 6 days off per month
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💠A Filipino or Chinese national who is proficient in Mandarin and English language.
💠Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
💠Familiar with computer operation and proficient in using office software.

Responsibilities:
💠Manage the translation of work of the building property and the management of Filipino employees.
💠Responsible for managing the administrative materials and offices supplies and also help in assisting employees to complete the assigned works.
💠Help to resolve the issues from merchants and for administrative works.
💠Coordinate with the superior supervisors in the arrangement and execution for administrative works.
💠Responsible in completing the given task from the superiors.
