Requirements of Job Application
✅Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English language
✅Open to undergraduate and Bachelor’s graduates
✅Relevant experience in Customer Service is a big plus
✅A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.

Responsibilities of the Job
✅Help to resolve the customer inquiries using phone, email and chat.
✅Verify the customers account information via telephones.
✅Provide assistance and helping customers with product concerns.
✅Responsible for monitoring in tracking the orders.
✅Perform daily related tasks.
