Position: Spanish Help Desk Specialist - Automotive Account (Project-based for 3 Months + Start Date ASAP)
Industry: IT Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 gross
Schedule: Nighshift/Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
➤ Open for foreign nationals who have permanent visas in the Philippines
➤ Preferably Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish and English
➤ Knowledge in the Automotive Industry or familiarisation with Vehicle parts
➤ Willing to accept project-based for 3 Months
➤ Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities:
➤ In charge of taking phone calls, emailsa and chats with Spanish speaking
➤ Help to assist client and associate requests for technical assistance and customer service.
➤ Responsible to support and asssit clients with their repair and service-related questions
➤ Help to instruct customers regarding with the vehicle related concerns and gives the best customer service on how to solve it
➤ Making certain that every purchaser is aware of the characteristics, maintenance needs especially the safety-related information
➤ Perform other related task
