Position: Actuarial Manager

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 80,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Hybrid (3 days work on site and 2 days work from home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelors Degree holder.
✨ At least 5 years of working experience in Actuarial role in an Insurance or Financial Services Company
✨ Has experience using any software in relation to actuarial.
✨ Amenable to work on a hybrid work set up.
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Oversee and assist a knowledgeable group of actuaries in order to facilitate the organization's business planning, risk assessment, and strategic data analysis.
✨Assist the company with activities including asset modeling, pricing, portfolio modeling, and valuation.
✨Work together across functional boundaries to guarantee accurate financial forecasts, best practices for pricing, and efficient risk-reduction measures.
✨Develop a culture of continual learning, professional development, and mentorship among your workforce.
✨Encourage innovation by keeping abreast of developments in technology, regulations, and industry trends.
