Position: Italian Helpdesk Support (Luxury Accessories)
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Lapu-Lapu , Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Working Onsite

Requirements:
📌 Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Italian
📌 Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
📌 Proficient in both Italian and English
📌 Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
📌 Customer Service experience is a plus
📌 Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines

Responsibilities:
📌 Responsible to handle calls by providing best customer service with Italian-speaking
📌 Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to Italian-speaking clients
📌 Responsible to handle customer concerns and inquiries regarding the products and services
📌 Managing customers and clients with the product and service related information by following the guidelines and procedures.
📌 Help in tracking and distributing order information
📌 Perform other related task
