Position: German Credit and Collection Analyst
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: MidShift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PH time)
Work Setup: Onsite for Probationary period and remote work for 10 days in a month upon regularization

Requirements:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
◉ Bachelors degree of any course
◉ Open to relocate and to work in Cebu City
◉ Customer Service is a plus but not required
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
◉ Process payments and refunds
◉ Review unpaid invoices and send collection reminder
◉ Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
◉ Verifies and monitors invoices, and identifies error codes
◉ Contacts partner and responsible for day-to-day problem solving and escalation
