Position:‌ Mandarin Fulfillment Coordinator
Industry:‌‌ Real Estate
Location:‌‌ Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
Salary:‌ Php 45, 000 + FREE MEALS
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💫Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog language.
💫Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course.
💫Open to fresh graduates.
💫Experience in the same field is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:
💫 Coordinating with staff with all problems and emergencies and escalates concerns to higher authorities if necessary.
💫Interview foreign nationals per site to regularly check on the employees’ condition.
💫Collect and document incident reports and resolve issues for each party.
💫Coordinate the requests of Chinese tenants to the management.
💫Assist admin departments about communication and cultural adaptation.
