Position: Korean Hotel Coordinator
Industry: Hotel and Resort
Salary: Php100,000-Php120,000 plus Housing Allowance and Incentives
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work setup: Office-based
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Korean national in the Philippines
✅Open for undergraduate or Highschool graduate
✅Willing to work in Parañaque
✅Willing to work in shifting schedule
✅With experience in hotel reservation | Customer service is a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Responsible to greets all the guest in entrance venue
✅Assist the guest regarding to their queries and complaints to ensure they needs are met
✅Communicates all customer feedback to manager and supervisor
✅Promotes the business by recognizing VIP and regular guest
✅Maintain the cleanliness of the menu, bill order and entrance
