Position: Japanese CRM/Retention Specialist
Company Industry: Online Gaming
Work Location: Ayala, Makati
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Experience in CRM or marketing roles
✨Strong communication and data analysis skills
✨Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM tools, including segmentation, targeting, and communication understanding
✨Adaptability to a dynamic environment
✨Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer LTV.
✨Create and manage customer communication programs, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
✨Analyze customer data to identify trends and behaviors obtained through retention strategies.
✨Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to encourage repeat engagement and improve customer participation rates.
✨Interact with product, marketing, and customer service teams.
✨Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
✨Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to customer communication and promotions.
✨Manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure appropriate and personalized communication.
✨Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement changes through cross-functional collaboration.
