Position: Spanish Customer Help Desk Analyst - Educational Tools (1 Month Free relocation assistance)

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
➤ Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤ No Experience required, candidates looking for a first bilingual job are highly welcome!
➤ Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤ Entry levels are very much welcome to apply
➤ Willing to work onsite in Davao City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ In charge of responding to costumers questions in Spanish or English by phone, chat, or email
➤ Help customers by troubleshooting their inquiry and concerns by providing the best solutions
➤ Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services by giving the best of customer service
➤ Analyze and report product failures (e.g., by simulating users or testing various situations).
➤ Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
➤ Perform other related task
