Position: Spanish Customer Support (Automotive Account) - 3 Months project-based
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nighshift/Shifting
Work Setup: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
💡 Preferably Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish and English
💡 Open for foreign nationals who have permanent visas in the Philippines
💡 Knowledge in the Automotive Industry or familiarisation with Vehicle parts
💡 Willing to accept project-based for 3 Months
💡 Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
💡 Responsible for answering inquiries to the customer via email, chat, and calls in Spanish or English
💡 Help customers or clients by providing the best solutions to their inquiries and concerns
💡 Answering calls about vehicle insurance policies and vehicle insurance coverage issues
💡 Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation
💡 Ensuring that each customer is informed of the vehicle's warranty details, maintenance requirements, and features, particularly those related to safety
💡 Perform other related task
