This Japanese company has been operating in Manila since 2011 and has expanded their operations in Cebu. They specialize in offsite development, web-based systems, cloud computing and mobile application development.
Position: Japanese Support Manager
Industry: Japanese IT Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 90,000
Schedule: Dayshift (8AM – 5PM, M-F)
Work set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
💥Bachelor’s degree in any courses
💥JLPT N1 - N2 passer
💥 With people management skills - handling more than 5 team members is advantage
💥Well-versed in communicating with Japanese clients
💥 Highly experienced with project management skills
💥 Willing to work in Cebu
💥 Japanese Resume is highly recommended
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
💥 Handle escalations reports coming from clients in both English and Japanese via phone, email, chat, etc. in accordance with existing processes and guidelines
💥Create reports on weekly/monthly Japanese help desk performance
💥 Responsible in translating inquiries from Japanese to English and vice versa, and escalate as needed
💥 Analyze relevant data and initiate process improvements in problem areas
💥 Responsible in managing and handling 5 members in helpdesk department
