REQUIREMENTS:
💠Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad) JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level
💠Open to graduate, undergraduate, highschool graduate
💠 Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
💠English or Tagalog communication skill
💠Willing to work Pasay City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
💠Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
💠General customer support
💠Inform customers about new features and functionalities
💠B2B support for payment operations
💠Other Duties as Assigned
