Position: Japanese Customer Support (Travel Account)
✨Industry: Contact Center
✨Location: Mandaluyong
✨Schedule: Shifting
✨Salary: Php 100,000 - 117,000
✨Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Open to JLPT N1 Passer/Level
✨Open also to Japanese Nationals with permanent visa / Half-Filipino-Half Japanese
✨Hospitality background would be preferred but not required
✨Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Provide excellent customer service, and assist customers' concerns and inquiries.
✨Responsible for appropriate call handling of incoming customer phone calls related to websites and transactions.
✨Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
✨Responsible for providing travel information, booking reservations, servicing existing reservations, educating on company websites, and providing ticketing services.
