Position: Polish Technical Support
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Proficient in Polish and English Language
✅ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
✅ Knowledgeable in Computer application
✅ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
✅ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
✅ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Assist Polish customers with their concerns about a specific account
✅ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
✅ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
✅ Attend to inquiries from customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
✅ Analyse call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
✅ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
✅ Perform other related tasks
