Position: Mandarin Online Customer Support
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 110,000

Schedule: Dayshift and Mid shift (2 days off)
Work Setup: Work On-site

Responsibilities:
✅Coordinate with sellers using phone and email regarding with account-related topics.
✅Help the other departments to resolve the Seller's inquiries and concerns.
✅Provide solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
✅Provide good services to sellers, including the accurate escalation of Seller's concerns

Requirements:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✅ Bachelor's Degree in any courses; Also open for Undergraduates and High School with BPO Experience.
✅Experience in similar BPO set-ups is a big plus
✅Experience in Customer Service is a big advantage
✅Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
