Requirements of Job Application
✅Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English language
✅Open to undergraduate and Bachelor’s graduates
✅Relevant experience in Customer Service is a big plus
✅A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.

Responsibilities of the Job
✅Help to solve the customers inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
✅Reach out the customers and verify account information using telephones.
✅Assist and coordinate with customers with product concerns.
✅Do other related tasks.
